Tjietra's Kitchen is a small business providing home cooked chutneys and jams made in the village of Kilglass in County Sligo.  Tjietra hails from the Republic of Suriname on the northeastern Atlantic coast of South America and adds a touch of the Caribbean to her Indian foods.  Charlesfort Design created the photography and artwork for the labels which adorn the jars of Tjietra's diverse range of produce, sold at local country markets and through  butchers and grocers in the Sligo region.
